Review on 📶 DPC2100 High-Speed Cable Modem, Compliant with DOCSIS 2.0 Standards by Committed Schmidt

Just installed TWC in NC 28090 (Falston) in the last few hours. As a result of the first call, someone said it wasn't on the approved modems list, I tried to say I knew it worked for other people and asked if I could talk to someone else. Then he pretended to try and said it wouldn't work because the serial number wouldn't work. I did as Mike said and called again. This time someone asked me the Mac number and if it was DOCSIS 2.0 or 3.0. I told them I believe it was DOCSIS 2.0 and gave them a MAC, within 10 minutes they got it working and had me confirm I had internet before I hung up, gave me no problems and was very nice. The speed test was at 6.3 Mbit/s download, which is in line with my level and that of a rented modem.
