I bought this to have something nice to wear while pregnant as my fingers were so swollen that my wedding ring didn't fit at 16 weeks pregnant. "Yellow" gold is more yellow/copper than gold tone. It didn't quite match my other gold jewelry. I felt like you could say it was fake but I got compliments like "oh my gosh you got an upgrade" and "does your hand ever tire of wearing that stone?" lol I wear this ring every day day since I bought it. From showering, swimming, etc. My finger never turned green. However, the underside of the ring, which faces my palm, has slight discoloration and the "diamond" looks a bit fuzzy after months of daily use. 10/10
