Reliable coffee maker. You will definitely end up with coffee grounds buildup, but that's to be expected with this style of coffee making. If you grind your own coffee, use a medium grind or maybe a little coarser. Brewing coffee makes it denser and tastier. I think it's actually saving coffee. My experience is that it takes less coffee to make a hearty cup of coffee. It is also good for brewing loose leaf tea.
