Our baby has had very bad nappy rash several times and this brush was just great for applying extra thick nappy rash cream without getting your hands dirty. At first we just applied the cream without a brush, but that made wrapping much easier. Not only is this great because it allows you to handle and dress your baby without wiping the diaper cream off your hands, it also prevents the zinc oxide in many creams from accidentally soiling your clothes. This is especially nice when you have to change diapers and apply lotion on the go and only have hand sanitizer to clean. I highly recommend buying this instead of the full size as it works just as well and you get a holdall. The only downside is that I feel the suction cup could be stronger. It feels too hard to suck properly.
