Review on Espressione Stainless Steel Espresso Machine: Sophisticated, High-Quality 1.5 L Brewing Power by Briceston Criss

Unfortunately, this machine didn't live up to expectations. At first it didn't get warm (the light was blinking). After a reset (shutdown), it finally stopped flashing, indicating it was operational. After making an espresso (not thrilled) and then switching to steamed milk for a cappucino, it wouldn't let me go back into espresso mode for another cup. I called Revain and they put me in touch with Espressione. The gentlemanly service department was knowledgeable about the product and walked me through the steps to properly switch back and forth. It also turned off automatically without warning, which might help, but the light still indicated it was on and ready to use, which was confusing and annoying. Honestly, this is too time consuming and can be painful. I have tried 3 espresso machines for this price in 6 years. I was disappointed because the smaller Espressione called Minueto was much easier to use and made a better espresso. However, it was also of better quality (less brittle plastic) than the little DeLonghi in this price range. i will return it
