All plastic, has a very thin stainless steel face and skin tight plastic body. The seller's description says the pump is made in Italy, but the manufacturer's description says it was designed in Italy. The switches feel very cheap to move, they don't feel solid.

Unfortunately, this machine didn't live up to expectations. At first it didn't get warm (the light was blinking). After a reset (shutdown), it finally stopped flashing, indicating it was operational.
