Excellent Vest in my review

This vest works well and meet expectations. I was mostly worked about it flopping around when I run but the cords on the side ensures it doesn't move at all. I wasn't really sure which pouches go in which pockets and I didn't receive any instructions not is a there a video that demonstrates this. I just stick them wherever I want to distribute the weight evenly.Recommended purchase

The adjustable straps make it easy to get a snug and comfortable fit without any excess weight shifting around

Cons

Can cause discomfort around the shoulders and chest area
