Great system, constant support staff
The video system is easy to set up and I had no trouble connecting it. The picture quality could be a bit clearer. I'm having trouble with email notifications. It doesn't always alert me when the motion sensor is triggered. That's a problem. Customer support is helpful, but the agent wants you to write a review and say exactly what they say. I declined and texted the first agent I spoke to saying that this was not acceptable and that in the future I would appreciate it if I were not told what to write in my review . The second call agent asked for a review and before she could tell me what to write I said goodbye and hung up.
