This product is disappointing right out of the box. The fabrics are rough and not at all pleasant to the touch. But the big problem is that the construction is poorly made. The seams are unfinished, torn and intrusive. Which is a really big safety issue for a parrot. Raw edges make the interior of the hut uncomfortable, and loose threads can tangle around a bird's finger, causing physical harm to your precious fowl. It may be suitable for a hamster or other small mammal. I will not use this product.
