Good! Hack golfers everywhere, listen up! If you're having trouble with those big chip shots with your wedges! (can't hit with a wedge to save your life). Or you often find yourself deep in "chickweed" with seemingly impossible lies! (where you know to listen to your buddies and just take a punch and throw the fight. but your EGO refuses to say "die!") Well my friends, THIS is the bat for YOU! It's the Swiss army knife of golf clubs! If you have a Type 3 handicap, you probably don't need a club like this, do you? But if you are a real hack golfer (like me)! Then this is a must-have for your golf arsenal! Up on the lawn I swing it like my bat. This works really well for me since I use a hammer stick anyway! Yes, I used it in the sand too! Especially on hard crusty sand where my hybrid sand wedge performs worse! But my absolute favorite use for this stick. (wait for it). YUP! We were ALL there, right? Again and again I found myself deep in tall grass or heath. My companions giggle and suggest I save myself the embarrassment and just drop one and take the punch. With all my power! I just smile, reach into my pocket and pull out the old hatchet. And why do I call it that? Because this thing cuts through thick grass like an ax through a tree! I'm not a scientist, but I understand enough to know that because of the clubhead design, they shifted the center of gravity even further back like any other hybrid iron or wedge. This helps stabilize the clubhead during the backswing, which contributes to the overall weight of the clubhead and the design and angle of the clubface. Location (which seems to me about 70% of the time) BLAM. I blow it up and usually a good 60 yards or more back into the fairway! Then I giggle! But honestly, it takes some getting used to! like strength. This is a powerful young Jedi. And they must be used with care and respect, or else it will turn against you. And with a little effort, you can send the ball much further than you intended. or even thought possible !I could go on and on about how great this club is.but.in the end.this is just my opinion! Buy one and make up your own mind. It's only $25. If you can't afford it, you probably shouldn't play golf at all! I usually have to pay at least that much just to play a round! By the way, this is my second! Jealous golfer STOLEN my first!
