For it's maiden voyage, I made a Monkey Bread for a brunch I was hosting. The bread turned out perfectly, ooey/gooey caramelly, and nutty. Fell right out of the pan, in perfect shape, when I plated it. I followed the instructions, and they say to rub a bit of oil all around the inside -- which I did. Love this! Threw out my old "Teflon" bundt pan.
