Best cookware I have ever used! And for someone who has been cooking almost every day for over 40 years, that is really saying something. They're strong, durable, heat evenly, and are even stylish (which is something I would never say about cookware). I had this set for about 2 months and used it in place of the MasterClad set my husband bought for me from Costco (which was double the price). Since we are vegetarians, I cook every day. Unlike other non-stick cookware, you don't have to constantly "season" it with oil and the food comes out easily. In fact, metal utensils can be used without fear (I don't think they can be scratched). As an example of its durability, yesterday I accidentally left congee on the stove for several hours. We returned home with a sickening smell of burnt starch and sugar. The food has become a solid mass, about 75% of which is black. JUK! The silicone handle made it easy for me to pick up the pot and take it off the heat. When it cooled down a bit, I filled it with water. After only 10 minutes, I decided to see if the pot was even salvageable. I used a regular soup spoon to scrape and remove the burnt food from the pot, then cleaned it a few times with a plastic sponge and it was LIKE NEW! You absolutely cannot say that a catastrophe has occurred. I LOVE THESE POTS! UPDATE: Well I've had these pots for about a year and a half and they're definitely showing some wear - the non-stick coating has worn off and they've been scratched (which is supposed to be allowed) from using metal cookware. . But the pans come with a lifetime guarantee, so I went to their website and filled out an application for five pans (with photos). Interaction with customer support was excellent. They called me back immediately and said the form had been accepted and was being reviewed but it would take 2-4 weeks to review and process. I thought they would get away with it. Instead, just 5 DAYS LATER, I received a BRAND NEW PAN SET, shipped right to my door! I'm totally excited and excited!
