Matches description. I will remove the polka dot stickers because my cat will eat them if she can lick them off, they do peel away quite easily. The velcro seems strong, we will see how it holds up after surgery.*Update, this is probably not a good choice for an adult cat. The plastic is too deep for her to be able to eat and drink water. The velcro is very nice and holds up well, but it does not afford the cat the opportunity to continue eating and drinking and using the litterbox is a challenge for her. I had to go back to the old one I had, and it was about a half an inch shorter on the depth of the cone which was enough for her to be able to eat and drink easily.
- Fits great on my small Himalayan cat. Easy to put on, and take off.
