I recently installed about 550 square feet of wood decking on the top floor of my home and used this blade in my spread miter saw to get the job done; It stayed sharp and made clean cuts throughout the job and I expect it will be sharp in the spring when I install the lower/main level floors. I recommend it over similarly priced finishing blades. I've used it for cross-sections and fractures (cuts with fibers) of soil, as well as cutting sleepers along the length, and it's worked well in all scenarios. The floor used was prefabricated with 5/8" thick, 5" wide solid bamboo. If using for residential floors, make sure you cut the planks face down as splinters can occur when the blade hits the floor.
