Unfortunately, it is only suitable for cutting boiled vegetables, it will not work to cut potatoes or anything else hard, the metal of the blades is more like foil, and is wrinkled from minimal effort, due to bad metal, the blades become dull and do not cut normally. The maximum is suitable for cooking vinaigrette and olives, which, in principle, is not bad, but not enough.
