The pump on the pull block is quite good. The milk frother was a surprise. It's just steam. DO NOT STEAM Add water to milk or half/half. I've had other units where the steam added quite a bit of water to the milk. It heats up the steam quickly, so you don't foam for a long time. The only thing is that the coffee grounds bins are rubbish. They work, but buy a coffee grounds basket. I think for the price things add up. Do yourself a favor and buy a quality portafilter and basket and you're done.
