I love how quiet it is compared to my Dyson vacuum and the front light makes it a lot easier to clean parts. Terrible on carpets. Advertising is deceptive - the Fluffy soft nozzle is only for parquet, carpet cleaning requires a different type of nozzle. Nevertheless, this Levoit vacuum is very useful on hardwood floors with its fluffy nozzle, the crevice nozzle sucks well in hard-to-reach places. I use Dyson 8 Animal for carpets. I would say the performance of this vacuum is somewhere between normal Dyson suction and maximum suction = "moderate" suction. Not bad for the price as I bought it on sale for $110 (although I think $90 is a much fairer price for its value) but I would definitely NOT buy it for $139. HOORAY! It's expensive :(ps I've only been using it for about 5 weeks so we'll see how long this product quality lasts.
