It took me over 2 days to find tech support, installation info and drivers. Check the system requirements before buying, the drivers go under the name "Desktop Video" on the Black Magic website and there is an internal USB socket which I have no idea what it does. (no documentation) I got mine working but the problem is the operating systems Blackmagic Design capture cards are compatible with the following operating systems: Windows 8 64-bit Windows 10 64-bit Ubuntu 18.04 64-bit System requirements of the software application running you want to use For more information, contact your software vendor.
