This product is adequate but I had to modify as the groove for the actual cable was not cut deep enough so the release handles do not spring smoothly. . I had to use a hacksaw to deepen the gap. I bought two other kits from Dorman that had a better design and a small hole for the cable to make it work as intended. after I got mine fixed) I bought the Dorman brands from my local auto parts store and they worked much better and didn't need to be changed. I gave three stars because they "work" but not like they should. I would recommend that the manufacturer do more research to improve the product as this does not add to the cost of manufacture once a slight depth correction is made to the groove at the end that the cable runs through.
