Now turns off under load

Worked great for a while but after less than 2 years it started to turn off spontaneously under load (no clean shutdown like someone just pulled the plug the socket) ). I've checked the CPU and other temperatures and nothing comes close to shutting down so I can only assume it's the PSU. My computer doesn't use anywhere near 500 watts, so I know I'm not overloading it. PC Parts Picker estimates around 285W. This is a list of components and the only things that are not standalone and connected to USB are the smart card reader and memory card reader: CPU: AMD FX-8320 8-core processor with 3.5GHz. CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9. CFM plain bearing CPU cooler Motherboard: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard Memory: G.Skill Sniper Series 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3-1866 Memory: Crucial M500 240 GB 2.5 inch SSD Memory: Western Digital Red 2TB 3.5" 5400rpm Internal Hard Drive Storage: Western Digital Red 2TB 3.5" 5400rpm Internal Hard Drive Graphics: Gigabyte GeForce 210 1GB Graphics Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze PSU -Certified ATX drive /AS DVD/CD burner Optical drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD burner
