Literally Life Changing: Best $25 I've Ever Spent

Best $25 I've Ever Spent. I have hypermobile joints which unfortunately extend to hypermobile vertebrae. Over the years I've come to the conclusion that no matter how fit and strong I am, I've just had to accept the fact that my back, shoulders and ribs will shift from normal use. This little double ball game changer is for me. By incorporating this into my regular exercise and stretching routine, I can take pressure off my back and keep my spine in the correct position for much longer. This allows me to get better results from exercise, physical therapy and chiropractic. It also allows me to have longer periods of time between chiropractic adjustments and I have found that the adjustments last longer when I use it regularly to roll down my spine. The only thing I would like to say is that if you have a particularly muscular body, it may be too small and you may want a very large size.
