Best $25 I've Ever Spent. I have hypermobile joints which unfortunately extend to hypermobile vertebrae. Over the years I've come to the conclusion that no matter how fit and strong I am, I've just had to accept the fact that my back, shoulders and ribs will shift from normal use. For me one of the products I was hoping for. It is not. He just has enough power. I suspect the black one looks more like a lacrosse ball, but that's just a guess.
