I still use checks. Most new wallets do not have a place for a book of checks. This pink checkbook is just what I needed. It's well made. Has capability to use either side or top tear checks. Also, it has the plastic insert for using duplicate checks.

Nice sturdy cover - the ones from the bank seem to separate after a while, but I write a lot of checks. This one is nice and sturdy with a pocket with a pen if you use it that way, the only drawback I can see is no divider for the pages of the register but maybe if I used it the other way, that would work. Anyway, seems like it will last well.

Cute, but would be better if it had a button closure or some other type of closure because once you put in your checkbook and the transaction register book it barley closes, and you can forget about putting a pen in the slot because it will not close at all - pretty look but could’ve been executed better

I bought this check cover for my checkbook. It's a beautiful rose gold leather and made very well. I have always used the vinyl covers that came with the checks and they always ripped. I'm very pleased with this cover and it's well worth the money I spent!

Got this for my mom as she likes to have different colors for different accounts. The bank provided check cover colors are limited and very cheap. She really liked it and I have heard no complaints.

I purchased this check book cover to use with the checks from a newly opened account. The quality of the product was excellent but a bit larger in size than I expected.

It was slightly larger than my old checkbook. Does a better job covering the checks and it's easier to locate in my purse.

It’s very nice for what it is but I wish it had a bigger pocket on the storage side so I could keep other stuff there. Not like credit card slots but just a few more items.

I think this is a good item for the price. It is pretty, and seems sturdy. It is about 1" longer than a standard checkbook, but fits my purpose just fine.

I love this check book holder! I've never liked the check book holders the bank provides and my leather one that a friend gave me years ago was really worn out. I was a little skeptical about buying this product after I read a review about the size being too big. It is just a little larger than my last one but it works great & fits in the outside pocket of my purse perfectly! It's smooth, sift and I like the feel of it. It has a ckear plastuc liner if you use carbon checks.

I needed a replacement for the checkbook cover provided by my check company. This one is good quality and the bright color I chose makes it easy to find in my purse. Can't speak to durability because I have not had it long, but I think it is going to be just fine.

Like these but there is no flap to hold the used check register pages out of the way. I am currently using a large paperclip to serve this purpose.

I have used two of these covers for over a year. At first they wanted to stay open so I used a rubber band to keep them closed. Once worn in they have been great. The material and the stiching has stayed together as it should. I was leary of a nice looking cover at a low price, but am very satisfied with my purchase.

I’ve always had a long wallet with a checkbook insert. I’ve finally given in and auto-pay my bills so don’t need to carry that everywhere. I seldom use cash so a smaller RFID wallet that I can keep my license, credit cards, a few bills and a blank check in suits me fine. I’m 75 with bad shoulders so it’s helping to keep the extra weight and bulk out of my purse. This checkbook holder is really well made.

PROS: Fits checks and register at the same time, although very snugly. Leather feels like quality. Color is nice.CONS: Does not fit standard-sized ballpoint pen if both checks and register are present. Frankly, couldn't imagine any pen fitting in this thing. If checks and register are both present, does not stay closed very well (I tied a piece of string around the outside to hold it closed and to hold a pen).Would I buy it again? Probably not, but I will use it as long as possible.

This checkbook cover it’s made well, but it is a rather cheap leather look-a-like. The pockets for my checks is big enough for them to fit nicely but not too tight. The pockets for my check registry it’s the same. It has thick plastic to separate my duplicate checks. Overall it’s nice.

I received this product today, so I can't comment on the durability. Both my checks and register fit in it, and the plastic shield for the duplicate checks is adequate. Sadly, there is no way a pen will fit inside of the slot provided and still have it come even close to closing. It also seems like if the pen did fit, the clip on the pen might wreak havoc with the leather/stitching on the slot. The color is nothing like the cadet blue pictured, but I don't really care.
