It's impossible to use, don't waste your money.
If it weren't for the fact that this particular chair is a birthday present for my wife, I would return it under warranty. She didn't want to ruin the moment by arguing, so she said the flaw wasn't obvious on her because of her petite frame. I can only hope that people will take heed of my warning and read my review.
- The quality of the chair, the promptness of the shipment, and the timely arrival of the shipment.
- A crooked chair was delivered, and the problem isn't with the thread or the assembly. The chair's lower part, where you sit, is the one that is crooked and asymmetrical. The photo alone makes it obvious (follow the arrows). It's just as obvious and unpleasant when sitting in a chair.
