the quality is absolutely TERRIBLE. I ordered two of these reman. the first came on time. As I picked up the box, I heard the sound of balls inside. called the manufacturer and barely moved the throttle next to the phone and the guy on the phone heard it damn loud. I sent it back and reordered it hoping it was a one time quality control issue. The second arrived, rattling even louder than the first. called and spoke to their technician. let him hear the noise and he wasn't sure about the noise and asked me to send a video of what I was doing. He kept saying he didn't get the video, I sent the video five times and once to his personal email at work but he said he never understood. He said he would talk to another tech about it and call me back. NEVER called me back. so almost 2 weeks passed from the first to the second without success. The quality was terrible and it was a waste of time. Got a full refund but the escalation was ridiculous. now looking for a higher quality throttle body.
