Z It's very easy to assemble but I recommend having an extra pair of hands to hold it in place if you're trying to catch the screw turning it around holding the mirror post. I fumbled with the screw several times and had to look for it in the car. It would be unnecessary if I called my wife just to help hold both halves in place until I hooked the strings. Otherwise a good solid suspension. It's just very expensive for what it is. Unfortunately, no adhesive is suitable for holding the camera to the windshield in warm weather. Believe me, I've tried different glues. The only thing I haven't tried that would probably work is the clear silicone glue used in aquariums. This will work, but also be permanent. I might try this for the rear camera as it also regularly detaches.
