I bought this new cordless phone for my business thinking it was a good solid reliable phone. It's completely opposite. The phone has been acting strange since day one. It didn't charge, the phone just died. When I went to charge it I thought it would help but it didn't. It just didn't work anymore. I bought the phone specifically to walk around the office and still take wireless calls. Neither could it. If I left the office which is literally 12 feet from the base, the signal would disappear and the phone would just drop out. This phone is not worth the money at all. Now I have to buy a new cordless phone. Pay attention to this product. A new phone shouldn't stop working in less than 8 months. It's a shame you can't buy quality products anymore. I will never buy anything from ATHQ again.
