The interface of their product was easy to use, they had very good customer service (both live chat & ticket support), fast turnaround time for any issues I brought up or questions that were asked by me during my trial period, all at reasonable prices.

There really wasn't anything bad about them as far as user experience goes! If you are looking into this software it's worth checking out because there isn't much competition in terms of price point, ease-of-use etc., which makes sense since they're only targeting those companies who need analytics but don't want to spend tons of money doing so. They have been able to give us some great insights regarding our website traffic such as where people come from when visiting certain pages/segments of the site we manage.
