Review on IMUSA MEXI 86008 Tortilla 8 Inch Silver by Rob Misra

We love using it to mash fried green bananas into banana cake. It also works very well for its intended purpose of making tortillas. One piece of advice I would give is to press down on the top plate with your hands before pushing the lever. This puts much less stress on parts that could potentially break if you push the lever too hard. All in all I love it! It's extremely easy to use and clean, and was reasonably priced, so win win win! The only two things I don't like are: 1. There is no play on the back, so when you press the lever the cake comes out thinner on one side than the other, and 2. It seems that the Painted surface may scratch or chip under heavy use. It hasn't happened yet, but it's worth mentioning.
