I bought this product a while ago. I liked it back then because the inner frame came out when you wanted to fill the entire frame with an 11 x 14 x 2 inch item. Not this time. Manufacturers have fallen in price. Instead of a wooden inner frame, they used strips of cardboard and nailed it to the inside, which was not easy to remove as the nails had to be pulled out or driven in. Also the previous ones I used were exactly 11x14 and you can fit anything that size right in the frame. Not so, this time the internal dimensions are 10 3/4" x 13 7/8" so calling it an 11" x 14" frame is a misnomer. Now I need to trim this embossed wood carving to fit the frame. I'll look for another source next time.
