Just received the 11 x 14 eyeshadow box. The advertised "6 pins included" were actually NOT included. There was a chip on the outer frame. And a piece of carpet fell off in the box. The product turned out to be spray painted (very bad) as the color was uneven. I am very disappointed in my purchase.

Good size but seems cheaply made. I received mine and when I pulled back the back to put my items in, the edges started to fall apart. Not to mention that you had to pull really hard to remove the back cover. i love the size It's perfect and doesn't mess things up.

Cannot be used on a single sheet of 8.5 x 11 paper. Pro tip: put a blank sheet behind your original sheet when using it. It looks like the frame just wants to get dirty. It seems that every finger touch leaves a faint stain. I wash my hands! I also bought the AmericanFlat version which looked a bit nice and didn't have much trouble putting it next to this one. There is nothing wrong with this frame. It's just not as good as the one I bought so I'll take that next time.

I bought this product a while ago. I liked it back then because the inner frame came out when you wanted to fill the entire frame with an 11 x 14 x 2 inch item. Not this time. Manufacturers have fallen in price. Instead of a wooden inner frame, they used strips of cardboard and nailed it to the inside, which was not easy to remove as the nails had to be pulled out or driven in. This shadow box is beautiful, sturdy and professional looking. The inside is a foam board covered with linen fabric. It's very pretty and will look professional. Photo #1 shows the front and its depth. I chose the shadow box for this work because I didn't want a regular glass photo frame to put pressure on the swirls I made on a small blonde child.
