I like that this software is very simple to use, it's user friendly for both employers as well potential employees who are looking at new jobs in different environments or companies where they have no experience with fire fishing! It has helped me save time when searching through resumes compared to other applications we used before (like LinkedIn).

There really isn't anything bad about using their services but if you're not an employee of them then your profile will be deleted after 30 days so make sure you set up alerts right away otherwise all good information could potentially disappear without warning!! As mentioned previously- great way to find people from specific places/companies quickly once identified by location search bar.
