As long as you have the right to measure, they do exactly what they say.
They arrived as described and made with quality materials. Without them, my new stem would not fit my existing handlebars. Just make sure you tighten them firmly and you may need to re-tighten them after some use and pressure adjustment. Also, make sure you go the extra mile and take the right measurements or you risk wasting your money.
