Easy to use, right out of the box!
I was cooking a large fillet for my family and wanted to make sure I was doing it right. The thermometer was easy to use and very accurate when I measured several different temperatures. It had big numbers and was lit so it was very easy to see the temperature of the meat. I've since used it on chicken and fish as well, and every dish has been perfect! Excellent purchase!
