Expensive but worth every penny
I have these brackets to mount 4" headlights to the rear of my 2021 Crosstrek. The headlights are attached to a basket on the roof of the Thule Canyon XT. I bought a .75-1" mount and just used one of the rubber pieces that came with it. The mounts seem to be quite firmly attached. There is no slipping or movement at all. I was able to easily mount them "upside down" and let the light down so loading camping gear into the cart isn't difficult at all.If you need the perfect mount these are the ones.Pricey but worth it.
