Almost no use in the last 15 months since .
Having hardly been used in the last 15 months since purchase, I noticed that the bottom locking handle slips in several positions. Shortly after receiving it, I noticed that its operation had changed when I set it up for astrophotography. This should be my mark for further investigation. I contacted Ioptron and found out the warranty is one year. They offered to fix the ball head for $30 and $7.95 shipping. This is so close to the cost of a new ball head that I'll skip the repair and let everyone know there might be an issue with the lower handle locking feature.
