Oh my god! My skin drinks it. When I use it regularly, I see a difference, but more than that, I FEEL the difference. My skin has become more elastic and firmer. I had a plastic reconstruction after a plane crash. The right side of my face was broken. My plastic surgeon always says when I go to him that I have such beautiful skin. (He doesn't admire his work or check scars! LOL) I think he gives me honest feedback on my skin. He seems sincere. No matter what others think, I love this little tube of face cream, I just love it. I don't order it often. The pot usually lasts about 9 months. (That's good because it's very expensive - at least for my budget. I wish I could use it twice a day.)
