Review on Lightobject by Nick Shirodkar

My most recent purchase was made through Lightobject, an online retailer that carries a variety of items, including those for DIY home repair and craft projects. Unfortunately, my interaction with them resulted in feelings of disappointment and frustration in me. To begin, I discovered that their website was disorganized and difficult to understand. It was challenging to find what I was looking for, and the search feature did not provide any assistance to me in my efforts. Finding the materials that I required for my project took a great deal more time than I had expected it would. When my order did finally come, I discovered that the things were of a poorer quality than I had anticipated. It was obvious that the power supply I received had been used because it was covered with scuff marks and scrapes. In addition, the laser engraver that I ordered did not function correctly, and I was forced to spend a significant amount of time debugging and repairing it on my own. To make matters even worse, when I contacted their customer care for assistance, they were unresponsive and unable to provide any assistance. I had to wait for days before I received a response, and when I did, they were unable to find a solution to my issue that was suitable to me. I had to wait days before I received a response. My time spent with Lightobject was, on the whole, not quite as satisfying as I had hoped it would be. I am unable to suggest them to anyone due to the disorganized nature of their website, the low quality of their items, and the unsatisfactory level of customer support they provide. I would suggest seeking elsewhere for the supplies you need for your do-it-yourself project.
