Pleated skirts are very popular at the moment. It arrived wrinkled and needed to be ironed. It's a cotton-poly blend and is a good weight, meaning it's not too flimsy or light. There is very little stretch at the waist. There is a zipper on the back. There are no built in shorts or pockets. However, there is a separate pocket where a mobile phone can be attached. There's no clasp, but unless you're doing somersaults or wheelies, it probably won't be a problem. There is also a black strap with eyelets around the perimeter that can be attached to a skirt and bag. There was no picture of what it should have looked like so I had to go back to the product description. It definitely has a punk or goth feel to it. It's similar to Hot Topic but the quality is better.
