They're a little big, but they're really good socks. They are colorful and have survived the last seven football games well. Our daughter loves the bright colors and the thickness is just right. We would buy this brand again in the future. She puts on the shin pads over that and on top of that there are plenty of socks to roll over the pads (she is 5 years old). We are happy with the socks.
