I'm very happy, it really is worth buying.

The original 70-200 4L performed nicely on an older crop, however it was not sharp enough on the 5d2, and the results were frequently blurry and shaky. In fact, if you grab the system by its carcass, all you need to do is take a picture of two faces. Very good, but spending too much on the 2.8 IS version of this lens.
