Two problems. First, it doesn't emulate DisplayPort monitors. So when you disconnect from your computer, both DisplayPort monitors turn off. When this happens, Windows has an annoying tendency to remap your windows onto any remaining displays (such as the built-in LCD on a laptop). The unrecoverable problem was that my Lenovo Thinkpad T460 with dual monitor docking station couldn't drive the displays through the box. No matter what I tried, the T460 claimed the displays were there, but both went into sleep mode. This was done using the same set of cables I used with a Dell laptop, which worked great when connected to a Dell. When I connect monitors directly to the T460, everything works fine. Shame - it's a nicely made box, feels good and is sturdy, but it doesn't work in my situation so going back to Revain.
