I recommend the Someity Dog Treat Pouch which I bought for my son to use when training his new puppy. This is a great product as you can see in the video while he is using it. It is very durable and will stay in place with no worries. The material is of excellent quality. It also comes with a shoulder strap and belt which is not seen in this video (the straps are removable) as my son chose to use the attached buckle to attach the waist belt. The bag has a practical cell phone pocket with a zip and a separate zip pocket for dog belt bags. It also has a spring-loaded latch so the treat doesn't fall out when you lean forward. I am very satisfied with this product and I recommend buying it!
