The ability for us as marketers at our organization (a non profit) is that it allows quick access of information about local events happening around my area so I can prepare accordingly by providing resources before or after event day has passed where possible! Very helpful tool during times like these because we want something easily available 24/7 no matter what location you are living/working out side your home state!! Nothing really bad from this software but maybe more updates would be nice? Definitely give them opportunity if not already using their services look up factalogicalincidents dot com Factal is a very good product. It is very well designed and easy to use. Very good customer support. They are very efficient and fast to respond. Sometimes it can be a bit slow loading but it's ok. I don't have any dislikes to this software. It's good for breaking news. It's very easy to use. It's very fast to get the news out.
