Fact AL offers excellent solutions & technology

I love that fact al is constantly adding new features which help us stay ahead of our competition! The customer service has also been fantastic - very knowledgeable team who are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients. It would be great if there was more integration between fact al's different platforms (web/mobile). We've found ourselves relying heavily on mobile apps as we're outside during most events so it can feel like you have your hands tied sometimes without this…

Pros
  • They make sure they understand exactly how all parts work together before making changes, not just add something haphazardly then ask "how does everything fit?" once problems arise from mistakes made by others previously working with techs etc..They seem pretty good at staying organized but don't mind getting creative when needed; such an asset considering many software providers struggle even now

Great News Platform & Customer Service

The ability for us as marketers at our organization (a non profit) is that it allows quick access of information about local events happening around my area so I can prepare accordingly by providing resources before or after event day has passed where possible! Very helpful tool during times like these because we want something easily available 24/7 no matter what location you are living/working out side your home state!! Nothing really bad from this software but maybe more updates would be…

Great platform to collaborate with colleagues

I like that fact al is constantly evolving as new ways of using their product are created by its users! They have been very receptive towards my ideas for how we could improve our workflow process at work (and outside it!). The team has always responded quickly whenever there was something i needed help or clarification about - which helps keep me motivated throughout every day tasks!! There's nothing really bad/annoying abt this tool but maybe if you're looking more specifically then perhaps…
