Great product but needs a little help from the buyer.

A very good cutting board, but it doesn't really get to its peak until you take about 10 minutes of 0000 steel wool to remove the rather fluffy surface and give the wood a better feel. Wipe down the grooves, edges and ends too and it turns out really good. Apply at least one coat of edible mineral oil and voila! They have one of the nicest cutting boards in town. Another nice feature of the new cutting board is that your old ones are surprisingly easy to give away or just keep.

Pros
  • DOUBLE SIDED CUTTING BOARD. The double-sided surface allows one side to be used for carving and the other for display. Or simply trim both sides to get more out of your cutting board.

  • Infinitely Sluggish
