Does not work from the start

Does not work from the start. Constantly issued a malfunction of the heating circuit. One was too low; Butt was too high. I checked the wiring harness continuity at the ECM connectors. No short circuits and good contacts. I bought some original Honda plugs and everything is fine. Good O2 reading and heater circuit is working properly.
