Overall I am very happy with this product! Goods: Beautiful set of tubes, brand new out of the box - they look phenomenal in an aquarium - and they do the filtration job they were designed to do well. That's it: they're made of glass and feel a bit fragile compared to a similar metal set. My first order arrived broken but was promptly and quickly replaced. The packaging seemed adequate so I attribute it to poor handling of the glass during shipping.
