Shorts don't fit! to my rating.
I love this swim set I got my son for his first birthday. The only problem is I ordered 3T because that is his current size and a hat and shirt fits, but it came with a 3T shirt and 4T shorts. Laugh out loud. Therefore the shorts are huge and can fit around his waist but look more like baggy pants than shorts. He'll look ridiculous at his birthday party, but for now, he is who he is.

- The shorts that came with the set are beautiful and of good quality. The shirt is too short for my child who just turned 6.
