This is a fantastic product, works as expected with lots of options and the ability to customize settings is very handy. Everything is installed correctly and works despite the lack of a dedicated POS server! Being able to reduce receipt size was a big deal for us. The only problem we had was that we couldn't completely uninstall our old drivers on our end, but once we performed a clean uninstall everything worked like a dream. The printer's ability to crop the receipt was a huge help to us and overall makes it look more professional and speeds up the job a lot more than we expected. We were hesitant to buy this printer as it didn't have an off switch, but so far this hasn't been a problem as the printer itself didn't have the same bugs that we had with the old receipt printer we used before without much success. List of compatible POS programs you could choose from We don't use it, but the ability to print receipts from a mobile phone is a big plus, this is at least an optionCons-size, ie it's not a small machine like some others that we have seen or had that use thermal paper (this is more or less a disadvantage just because we have so much non-thermal paper from our latest printer).
